London’s top police officer says he is considering banning student marches in the wake of violent flare-ups at protests opposing a massive increase in university tuition fees.

FYI THERE WAS NO REGOCNISABLE UK GOVERNMENT IN 1600
The charter used to create the East India Company in 1600 was normally used to create cities, (a community entity ,not a corporate entity!) there was NO LEGISLATURE FOR COMPANIES! Free trade ruled the seas! There was no government trade agreements or government interference in the market place.
There was NO UK GOVERNMENT, there was no UK at the time! Queen Elizabeth of England was head of state and held a royal court with royal advisors that had sworn an oath of loyalty.
Royals where born into postions of power by the grace of god!
The “Rule of Law” in Scotland and England ,at the time depanded on where you where standing and what social postion you held.
Nobels held title deeds and land rights.They would sware thier loyalty to the head of state and would be expected to provide miliary services for the monarch.They had a rule unto themselves,they where the law, trial by combat etc.
The church also held lands and had thier own laws and courts.
Most of Scotland and England where actually held in”common”. This was the land that the majority lived off. It was common land used for pasture and it too had its own laws and courts.It is this “common law” that is the backbone of our modern law system.

TODAY Taxes are charged by the state over the transactions, dividends and capital gains on the stock market.In the 1600’s there was no stock market, or state charges on trade transactions!!
In the 1600’s taxes would be raised for a specific purpose and only those with something to gain would be taxed. These taxes had NOTHING TO DO WITH TRADE!These taxes where used to pay for war and military defences.
