Syrian Rebels tell AP reporter they mishandled chemical weapons, causing accident

Syrian rebels in the Damascus suburb of Ghouta have admitted to Associated Press correspondent Dale Gavlak that they were responsible for last week’s chemical weapons incident which western powers have blamed on Bashar Al-Assad’s forces, revealing that the casualties were the result of an accident caused by rebels mishandling chemical weapons provided to them by Saudi Arabia
Rebels told Gavlak that they were not properly trained on how to handle the chemical weapons or even told what they were. It appears as though the weapons were initially supposed to be given to the Al-Qaeda offshoot Jabhat al-Nusra.
“We were very curious about these arms. And unfortunately, some of the fighters handled the weapons improperly and set off the explosions,” one militant named ‘J’ told Gavlak.

The official story is that the White House is certain that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad used chemical weapons against women and children near Damascus on August 21st. The White House is very certain of this, just as certain as they were that Saddam Hussein has nuclear weapons.
And because the White House is certain that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad used chemical weapons against women and children near Damascus, this grants the United States a right to invade Syria.
I wouldn’t be too sure.
On February 28, 1993, the BATF raided the church of the Branch Davideans in Waco Texas. This led to an embarrassing sand of which ended when the FBI gassed the church, filled with women and children, with CS gas. CS gas is actually illegal to use on enemy troops in time of war. but the US Government authorized its use against that church. Even worse, the CS gas was mixed with a chemical dispersant, methylene chloride. Methylene chloride is highly toxic. It’s the chemical used to melt plexiglas so that it can be bent into shapes such as the shields over salad bars. And, of course, it also melts lung tissue. The official story is that the Branch Davideans set fire to their church (even though blinded and gasping for breath from the CS and burned themselves alive rather than surrendering. However none of the autopsied remains showed any signs of smoke inhalation in the lungs, meaning they were already dead when the fire started.
The women and children inside that church were gassed to death with a poison gas that is illegal to use on enemy troops.
Does that give any other nation the right to invade and bomb our country?
Of course not, yet this is exactly the reasoning offered by the White House. Assad is accused of gassing women and children near Damascus, and the US claims a right to invade Syria (and as I type these words, the US Navy has been ordered into position along the coast to launch a massive cruise missile attack into Syria, which will kill far more Syrian people than are claimed to have died in that chemical weapon attack.
So did Assad gas his own people with a chemical weapon? The answer is obviously that he did not. What does he gain from doing so? Unlike the women and children of Waco, who were proving to be a huge embarrassment to the FBI and BATF (not to mention the White House), the women and children supposedly gassed near Damascus were not a threat to Assad. Had assad really decided to use chemical weapons, he would have targeted the hired mercenary army trying to oust him.
Back in January, emails leaked from a British defense company, Britam, revealed a plan already in place and approved by the White House to give chemical weapons to the hired mercenaries, to use on civilians, in order to frame Assad and thus justify a direct US intervention, as the covert attempt at an overthrow was, after nearly three years, starting to lose badly. So we know this plan was in process months ago.
Here is the final point. Assad had been requesting, for months, for a special United Nations Chemical Weapons investigation team to come to Syria to check out earlier allegations that his government had used chemical weapons. The United Nations finally agreed. So why would Assad be so stupid as to carry out a chemical weapons attack on women and children the very day the UN chemical weapons inspectors arrive, just miles from where they are staying? and the answer is, Assad would not be that stupid. This chemical attack was carried out by the hired mercenaries to frame on Assad, and women and children were targeted to maximize the shock value for propaganda purposes.
The US government has decided to conquer Syria. and this lie about chemical weapons is just a repeat of the lies told about Saddam’s nuclear weapons, to cover over naked aggression with a thin veneer of “Hey, we are going in to help those people.” But again, by launching a war into Syria, the US will murder far more Syrians (and young Americans) than this chemical weapon was reported to have done.
I am ashamed to be an American today.

Leaked emails have allegedly proved that the White House gave the green light to a chemical weapons attack in Syria that could be blamed on Assad’s regime and in turn, spur international military action
A report released on Monday contains an email exchange between two senior officials at British-based contractor Britam Defence where a scheme ‘approved by Washington’ is outlined explaining that Qatar would fund rebel forces in Syria to use chemical weapons.

The Islamic politics and cultural website Islamic Invitation Turkey claims that several videos were uploaded one day before the reports on chemical weapons use near Damascus in Syria. This evidence shows that the terrorists massacred people then recorded the scenes to deceive the world, but they gave themselves away. Terrorists in Syria uploaded the video of their crimes in East Ghouta, Damascus on August 20, 2013 and then blamed the Syrian government for the attack early on August 21, 2013, says the IIT website.

Syrian rebels’ Damascus chemical cache found by Assad army – State TV
It is now crucial to find out where the rebels are getting the chemicals from, defense consultant Moeen Raouff told RT.
The Syrian army has discovered a storehouse belonging to rebels in the Damascus area of Jobar, where toxic chemical substances – including chlorine – have been produced and kept, State TV reported.
Military sources reported that the militants “were preparing to fire mortars in the suburbs of the capital and were going to pack missiles with chemical warheads.”
A video shot by RT’s sister channel Russia Al Youm shows an old, partly ruined building which was set up as a laboratory. After entering the building, Syrian Army officers found scores of canisters and bags laid on the floor and tables. According to a warning sign on the bags, the “corrosive” substance was made in Saudi Arabia.
On July 7, the Syrian army confiscated “281 barrels filled with dangerous, hazardous chemical materials” that they found at a cache belonging to rebels in the city of Banias. The chemicals included monoethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol.
Syrian UN Ambassador Bashar Ja’afari said that the chemicals were “capable of destroying a whole city, if not the whole country.”
Chief UN chemical weapons investigator Ake Sellstrom and UN disarmament chief Angela Kane are expected in Damascus for talks on Monday, following an invitation from the Syrian government.
Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov underlined that the samples of the chemical weapons had been taken at the very place where they were used and were delivered by Russian experts rather than passed through third-party hands.
“We submitted a full set of documents [to the UN]. That’s over 80 pages, including photographs and precise geographic coordinates [of places where samples were taken], procedures and results,” Lavrov pointed out. “We also guarantee that the samples were taken by experts who did not let go of them till they were delivered to the laboratory.”
Damascus was the first to accuse opposition fighters of launching a chemical weapon attack, and the first to request the UN investigation.

However, as has been the case with every other propaganda push against Assad regarding chemical weapons, there is absolutely no evidence to implicate the Syrian government in the launching and use of chemical agents against the Syrian people or even the death squads themselves. In fact, the accounts being published throughout the mainstream media are very suspect in their own right.
“Activists say,” of course, can be translated merely as “death squads” say, as the activists being referred to are indeed nothing more than terrorist killers politically, ideologically, and physically invested in the outcome and presentation of the Syrian crisis. In short, these individuals have a vested interest in the blame for these attacks being placed on Assad, popular opinion being turned against the Syrian government, and some type of condemnation or military action being taken against the Syrian army.
Second, the location of the attack is heavily suspect. The Ghouta region, where the attacks allegedly took place, is an area that is currently overrun with death squad organizations such as Jabhat al-Nusra and is largely seen to be under death squad control. It is also interesting to note that the attacks come at a time when this area has been under heavy military bombardment as of late, suggesting that the death squads themselves may have detonated chemical weapons as a move of desperation and coordination with NATO/Anglo-American interests seeking to justify military action against Syria.
Third, and even more interesting, is the fact that the chemical weapons attacks comes just days after a team of U.N. chemical experts entered Damascus and checked into a hotel a few miles from the targeted area. With this in mind, one must ask “why would Assad order the use of chemical weapons in this area at such an inopportune time?” Given the track record of Assad’s cleverness, this seems to be an incredibly foolish move, even as the Syrian army has gained the clear upper hand against the death squads. Why detonate chemical weapons in front of UN chemical experts? Why wait until after they arrive to do so? Why detonate chemical weapons so close to them?
These questionable details have caused even mainstream “experts” to hesitate when commenting on the nature of the alleged chemical attacks. For instance, Charles Lister, an analyst at HIS Jane’s Terrorism and Insurgency Center, stated,
Logically, it would make little sense for the Syrian government to employ chemical agents at such a time, particularly given the relatively close proximity of the targeted towns (to the U.N. team).
BBC security correspondent Frank Garnder also stated something similar, when he said, “Firstly, the timing is odd, bordering on suspicious. Why would the Assad government, which has recently been retaking ground from the rebels, carry out a chemical attack while UN weapons inspectors are in the country?”
Likewise, Swedish diplomat and former UN weapons inspector Rolf Ekeus stated to Reuters that, “It would be very peculiar if it was the government to do this at the exact moment the international inspectors come into the country….at the least, it wouldn’t be very clever.”
Another Swede, chemical weapons expert Ake Sellstrom, who is currently leading the UN inspection team in Syria told SVT that the large number of victims being reported sounded “suspicious.”
As I have written at length in the past, attempts to blame Assad for chemical weapons attacks have taken place on at least two occasions, both times yielding convincing evidence[6] that it was the death squads, not Assad, who had used chemical weapons. Indeed, plans have been uncovered on several occasions regarding a Western attempt to stage chemical weapons attacks inside Syria which would subsequently be blamed on Assad for the purposes of justifying a Western invasion.
While it is important to examine information impartially as it appears, it is also important to speak out against falsehoods and nefarious propaganda. We cannot allow such tired and blatant propaganda to engulf Syria, the Middle East, or the world in war.

Reports on chemical weapons use in Ghouta untrue
DAMASCUS – 21/8/2013 – (SANA-H. Said / H. Sabbagh) – A media source on Wednesday dismissed as untrue the news broadcast by some media outlets that chemical weapons have been used in the Ghouta region in Damascus Countryside.
The source stressed that the reports circulated by the TV channels of al-Jazeera, al-Arabiya, Sky News and other channels which are involved in the shedding of Syrian blood and supporting terrorism, are completely baseless, and that the aim behind broadcasting such reports is to distract the UN chemical weapons investigation committee from its mission.
TIMING VERY SUSPICIOUS
Al-Zoubi noted and that this campaign is timed to coincide with the beginning of the work of the chemical weapons investigation committee which came to Syria upon the invitation of the Syrian government and by an agreement between the UN and Foreign and Expatriates Ministry.
He pointed out that what was reported about the use of chemical weapons on Wednesday morning never took place anywhere in Syria, and while the Armed Forces are carrying out operations against terrorist in several areas, the reports of some media outlets on this matter are illogical, untrue and completely fabricated.

General Command of Army refutes allegations on use of chemical weapons in Damascus Countryside
DAMASCUS, 21/8/2013 – (SANA-H. Sabbagh) – The General Command of the Army and Armed Forces said that biased channels of misdirection of bloodshed have, as they always do, made false allegations that the Syrian Army used chemical weapons in Damascus Countryside.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the General Command of the Army and Armed Forces affirmed that those allegations are completely baseless and untrue, and they are part of the dirty media warfare on Syria.
The General Command reiterated its commitment to fulfilling its national and constitutional duties of combating terrorism everywhere in Syria as part of its duty to protect the country and citizens.

Moscow: allegations on chemical weapons use by Syrian government an act of deception
August 21, 2013 – Moscow, (SANA-F.Allafi) – Russian Foreign Ministry stressed that the allegations of chemical weapons use by the Syrian authorities in Damascus countryside maybe an act of deception that was prepared for in advance.
The Foreign Ministry’s Spokesperson, Alexander Lukashevich, said, “Biased regional media outlets immediately started an aggressive media attack blaming full responsibility on the Syrian government.”
He added that it is not a coincidence that these allegations and this aggressive media attack started with the beginning of the UN experts mission on investigating probable chemical weapons use in Syria.
First deputy chairman of the State Duma International Affairs Committee Leonid Kalashnikov stressed that the allegations on chemical weapons use by the Syrian government in Damascus countryside are “another act of deception orchestrated by the terrorists and their supporters.”
In a statement, Kalashnikov said, “I do not trust these recent misleading leaks, and if chemical weapons were really used, the armed terrorist groups are responsible for that.”

West war crimes in Syria exposed
There was a time during the 30-month covert dirty war on Syria when the Western governments and mainstream media would make a clamor over reported massacres.
Now, despicably, these governments and media just ignore such atrocities.
Why? Because it is increasingly clear that the groups committing these crimes against thousands of Syrian civilians are the foreign-backed mercenaries, whom the Western media and their governments have tried to lionize as “rebels” fighting for “democratic freedom”.
That charade is rapidly disintegrating, exposing not just criminal Western governments sponsoring the violence against civilians, but an entire media industry that is also guilty of war crimes through its willful complicity.
This is not mere hyperbole. To disseminate false information and lies about conflict – under the guise of independent news – is to be complicit in covering up war crimes. You can hardly get more serious misconduct than to tell lies about crimes against humanity.
These toxic lies and propaganda are now being exposed as the Western-backed plot to subvert the sovereign state of Syria unravels; this unraveling is accentuated by the West’s death squads becoming even more unhinged as they stare at looming defeat at the hands of the Syrian army.
The latest massacre occurred in the town of Khan al-Assal in the northern province of Aleppo. Some 150 people, mostly civilians, were reportedly slaughtered in cold blood. Many of the victims were shot in the head execution-style. The groups claiming responsibility are the al-Qaeda-linked al-Nusra Front and Ansar al Khalifa.
Reliable sources say that the killers tried to cover up their barbaric crimes by mutilating the corpses and burning the remains. Only days before this orgy of murder, the same groups are believed to have massacred at least seven civilians in the town of Maqbara in the province of Hasakah.
Elsewhere, as the Syrian national army makes searing advances against the militants, it is apparent from the identities of the dead that the majority of these fighters are foreigners, from Saudi Arabia, Libya, Jordan, Turkey, as well as from the US and Europe, including Britain, France and Germany.
In May and June 2012, the Western media went viral with reports of mass killings in the villages of Houla and Qubair where some 108 and 78 inhabitants were murdered, many of them with throats slit. Immediately, the Western media then claimed or implied that the perpetrators were Syrian state forces and roundly condemned President Bashar al-Assad.
Back then US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton accused Assad of “ruling by murder and fear” and led the chorus of Western governments calling for Assad to step down.
It later transpired that the Houla and Qubair massacres were the work of the Western-backed foreign militants. But Western media did not follow-up with corrective reporting. This is the conduct of a propaganda ministry, not independent journalism.

As violent clashes continue across Egypt, more and more evidence arises demonstrating that, much like the early Libyan and Syrian situations, Egypt is facing a foreign-backed destabilization campaign aimed at disrupting the fragile rule of a government fresh on the heels of a counter-coup and attempting to transition from military rule to civilian government.
THE MILITARY GOVERNMENT REFUSE TO SELL OUT EGYPT TO THE IMF AND NATO
Indeed, it appears the Egyptian military’s refusal to capitulate to the IMF, [1] slash the living standards of the Egyptian people,[2] and engage in foreign military adventures is not a welcome development amongst the company of the Anglo-Americans.
US-EGYPTIAN MILITARY MANUVERS ARE CANCELLED
As a result of these recent events, and only a day after the violence in Egypt began, Barack Obama announced that joint military maneuvers scheduled with the Egyptian military were being suspended.
OBAMA ASKS “PEACEFUL” PROTESTORS TO STOP BURNING CHURCHES?!?!
As reported by CNN,
Obama on Thursday announced he had canceled joint U.S.-Egyptian military exercises, which had been scheduled for September.
“Our traditional cooperation cannot continue as usual when civilians are being killed in the streets and rights are being rolled back,” the president said.
He called on the Egyptian government to lift a state of emergency decree put in place to limit public gatherings. Addressing the government’s opponents, Obama added, “We call on those who are protesting to do so peacefully and condemn the attacks that we’ve seen by protesters, including on churches.”[3]

Yet, for all the calls for peace and the propaganda claiming that the pro-Morsi protesters are themselves peaceful democracy-loving freedom fighters, very little is said in regards to their obvious violent attacks on security forces, political opponents, and Egyptian Christians.
In short, one must ask “If the protesters were peaceful, why does Obama need to call on them to stop burning churches?
SECURITY FORCES ARE BEING ATTACKED BY ISLAMIC TERRORISTS
CNN was also forced to admit that, since Wednesday, at least 52 police officers had been killed, a puzzling occurrence if the protesters were merely hippies and techies camping in city squares as they have portrayed. Indeed, the death of 52 police officers is a rather significant amount of damage inflicted by unarmed civilians.[8]
A CIVIL WAR IN THE MAKING, CREATED BY WESTERN SUPPORT OF ISLAMIC TERRORISM
It is important to remember that the initial protests, the ones which the Western media has attempted to portray as military heavy-handedness, was indeed a firefight between TWO armed groups and not merely a one-sided battle.
Indeed, as I posited in my article, “Are The Egypt Protests A Foreign Backed Propaganda Campaign?,”[10] it was revealed Thursday that the Muslim Brotherhood protesters were themselves armed, thus explaining the use of force by the military and the subsequent death of 43 Egyptian police,[11] a number now revised to 52.
Although a statistic that was not repeated by the Western media, the death of 52 police officers is a remarkable figure if the protesters had been merely peaceful, nonviolent, and unarmed occupiers of the square.
THE EGYPTIAN POPULATION ASKS THE ARMY TO PROTECT THEM FROM WESTERN SUPPORTTED VIOLENT ISLAMIC TERRORISTS
Furthermore, as Tom Perry and Alexander Dziadosz write for Reuters,
Shocking scenes, including television footage of unarmed protesters dropping to the ground as security forces opened fire, have been seen around the world, but many Egyptians support the crackdown and resent international criticism of the army.
“What happened was the only logical way to end their sit-ins, which did have weapons and … violent people,” said Ismail Khaled, 31-year-old manager in a private company. “Thank God the police ended them. I wish they had done so sooner.”
The authorities and their allies, which control nearly all media inside Egypt, insist those inside the pro-Mursi camps were heavily armed, although international journalists have seen only limited evidence of weapons beyond sticks and rocks.[12]
Although Perry and Dziadosz state that international reporters have seen “limited” evidence of heavy weaponry, the wording of the statement shows that there has been evidence nonetheless, despite the heavily controlled Western media whose line is obviously that the Egyptian military is responsible for all violence that takes place in Egypt.[13]
Regardless of Western journalists’ failure to see the violence wrought by the Muslim Brotherhood, however, numerous instances of armed attacks and savage brutality and intimidation have been documented. It is important to remember that the Muslim Brotherhood protesters in Egypt have themselves been caught in numerous violent acts, such as firing weapons at Egyptian police[14] after the ouster of Morsi and even throwing political opponents off of rooftops.[15]

Indeed, this video, posted to LiveLeak, apparently shows Muslim Brotherhood fanatics wearing ski masks and firing at Egyptian security forces.[16]
It is also important to remember the clearly unwarranted violence and religious-based fanaticism that has spawned attacks by Morsi/Muslim Brotherhood supporters against Christian churches.
In an article entitled, “Egyptian Islamists Target Christian Churches In Waves of Apparently Coordinated Attacks,” Patrick Goodenough of CNS News writes,
Some supporters of Egypt’s ousted Islamist president directed their wrath at the country’s Christian minority Wednesday, in what activists described as “the worst coordinated attacks on Egypt’s Coptic community in modern history.”
Largely eclipsed by the military’s crackdown on Muslim Brotherhood protest camps in Cairo and resulting loss of life, more than 20 churches in a number of provinces were reported to have been targeted for arson and other attacks.
In another instance, Egypt’s Mideast Christian News Service reported that eyewitnesses saw Muslim Brotherhood supporters hijack a fire truck to prevent it from responding to the burning church.[18]
CHRISTIANS BEG THE EGYPTIAN ARMY TO PROTECT THEM
The CNS report continued,
“These attacks on the Copts is unprecedented in the modern era,” Bishop Anba Suriel of the Coptic Orthodox Church in Melbourne, Australia, wrote on his Twitter account. “Will the world continue to standby passively amidst this injustice?”
An hour later, citing reports of more than 20 separate attacks, he tweeted again, “Where is the army?”
“We are in deep distress following the coordinated attacks on Coptic Christians throughout Egypt,” ACM said. “There has been little or no police or military protection at all in southern Egypt.”
It said the government had failed to protect Christians despite Islamists’ threats and incitement over recent weeks.
“The pro-Morsi supporters and Muslim Brotherhood leaders have been inciting hatred and violence against Egypt’s Coptic Christians and now we are seeing those threats acted on in an unprecedented way.
“Western leaders have also failed to take the issue of Coptic persecution seriously and seem to be more interested in protecting the rights of those who persecute Christians.”[19]
THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD IS CREATING RELIGIOUS HATRED AND VIOLENCE FOR POLITICAL GAINS
Interestingly enough, only a week ago, over fifteen Egyptian human rights organizations accused the allegedly peaceful and democracy-promoting Muslim Brotherhood of “clear incitement to violence and religious hatred in order to achieve political gains.”[20]
THE WEST IS SUPPORTTING THEM…WITH LIES AND WAR PROPAGANDA
As always, it is imperative that the Western public side with any people who are fighting for their freedom and their own self-determination. However, it is also imperative that the Western public not outsource their brains to a media machine which has lied to them on almost every occasion, either telling half-truths, quarter-truths, or the exact opposite of the truth entirely. If Western media outlets have been proven liars regarding Egypt, Libya, and Syria, what logical reason would any observer have to believe that they would not do so again?
Thus, with the track record of Western media outlets in mind, until the case against the Egyptian government is proven, it is important to look at every possible aspect surrounding the unfolding violence in Egypt in order to discern the truth.

YOU and Scottish Independence
August 12, 2013You don’t need me to tell you how bad things are.
You already know.
You already know that the wealth of American(and European) workers is being stripped away to prop up a failed private central banking system that issues the public currency as a loan at interest, by design creating more debt than money with which to pay that debt, to trap and enslave you.
You already know your children are dying in wars of conquest intended to force that same failed system of national economics onto other nations.
You already know the US (and UK) Government has abandoned even the pretense of complying with(international Law and Human Rights) the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
You already know that the United States(and the UK) has become a nation few want their children to have to live in.(A mass of people have already left,including myself and my friends btw things got better for us)
You know all this!
The question is, what will you do about it?
It is up to you, you know.
The reality is that there are no heroes to step forward to save the situation. That is a fantasy purveyed by film and TV to lull you into the false belief that if you sit quietly at home and do nothing to challenge the rulers, that someone else will fix the problems that curse your lives.
You know that is a lie.
Superman is a comic book, the Lone Ranger a radio show, Batman does what he does only on the silver screen, government and banking will never correct the corruptions which have made then rich and powerful, the CIA is not the swell bunch of Joes portrayed in the Tom Clancy books, and the imaginary playmate in the sky is not going to alter the nature of the world in exchange for the small change you toss into the collection plates, no matter how much you grovel before that child molester in the funny looking robes.
You know that.
If there is to be a better world, for you and your children, you must make it happen. And only you can do it.
If you want truthful government, you must make public the government’s lies.
If you want honest banking, you must withdraw your business from dishonest financial institutions.
If you want accurate and fair media, you must ignore the tellers of lies and support the tellers of facts.
If you want peace, you must openly oppose war.
If you want an end to corruption, you must unite together against the corrupters.
If you want a nation that is not controlled by a foreign government, then you must remove that foreign government’s enablers.
If you want a public currency that is a public utility, you must issue that currency and refuse to use the currency designed to enslave you with debt.
If you want honest elections, then you must destroy the means by which elections are rigged, and drive from power all those who stole their offices.
Above all, you must allow yourself to be openly angry to what has been done to you, what is being done to your children, and what is being done to your nation, because this is your nation. And ultimate responsibility for the future of the nation rests with you.
Only you.
If you want a better world, you must make it happen.
You know that.

Bush Administration Officially Found Guilty of War Crimes- Lawyer Says “We WILL Get Bush”
The White House is getting nervous about its own crimes, as the worlds top war crimes prosecuting lawyer declares he WILL get Bush and Obama, for torture and secret wars ” we don’t even know about”.
In the first trial of its kind ever, George Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, William Haynes, Jay Bybee, and John Yoo were convicted in Malaysia, for torture and inhumane degrading treatment of people.
This is no small or meaningless trial- this is a very serious and historical guilty verdict, like a 21st century Nuremberg trial, and only the first of many trials to come. The names of all these guilty, high ranking officials are even going to be entered into the “Commission’s Register of War Criminals ” for public record.
This trial was the work of Malaysia’s ex Prime Minister Mahuthir Mohamad. The trial went over and received testimony from people like ex-Guantanamo detainees, an Iraqi woman who was tortured in the Abu Ghraib prison, and many other victims of the criminal Bush Administration. The prosecutors say its just he beginning, the Obama administration’s prosecution is coming too.
War crimes expert and lawyer Francis Boyle of the University of Illinois was part of the prosecution team. Francis Boyle says he hopes similar trials will be carried out around the world, and that they likely will. The citizens of the world can and will prosecute these war criminals before they do worse.
As for past attempts at getting George Bush, Boyle says “I’ve tried to get bush indicted three times in Canada with Canadian lawyers, and then in Switzerland, where we scared Bush out of making a speech because he feared prosecution. ” Clearly, these criminals are scared, and they are more then likely using intelligence agencies of the US to ensure their own safety from the prosecution they deserve.
The court also heard testimony from people such as Abbas Abia’s, a 48 yr old engineer from Fallujah, Iraq, who had his fingernails removed with pliers, Ali Shalal, who was connected to bare electrical wires and electrocuted while being hung from a wall, and Jameelah, who was stripped nude, humiliated, and used as a human shield while on a helicopter. So as this goes to show, US forces were using people as human shields too, possibly more than the famously alleged “suicide bombers using women and children as human shields”.
But this wasn’t just a few fringe people in Iraq- this treatment was directly ordered by every member of the Bush Administration indicted. Emails and other evidence were presented, showing that the leaders coordinated with their military personnel techniques of torture, and that they ordered the inhumane treatment themselves, therefore they are responsible. People compare this to the Nuremberg trials of Nazi Germany, and rightfully so.
Dick Cheney says in his own biography that he fears being prosecuted as a war criminal, and that, he will face more than likely. Justice is coming, and the world will no longer stand for these crimes against humanity. This is just he beginning- the Bush Administration will be prosecuted, and the Obama Administration is next, as these top war crimes prosecutors insist.

This will surely have you falling down with surprise. According to documents released under the Freedom of Information Act and obtained by the (UK) Sunday Telegraph, the August 2009 release from Scotland’s Barlinnie jail of Libyan Abdelbaset al- Megrahi, accused of the bombing of Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland in December 1988, hinged on an oil and arms deal, allegedly brokered by roving war monger (sorry, roving “Peace Ambassador”) Tony Blair.
At this point it should be said that anyone who has read John Ashton and Ian Ferguson’s meticulous “Cover up of Convenience” (i) on the Lockerbie tragedy could only regard Mr al-Meghrahi’s conviction as between very unsafe and very questionable.
The British Labour Party, which Blair headed for ten years, until 27th June 2007, have always insisted that the release had no connection with commercial deals. After leaving Downing Street, Blair visited Libya some six times.
On 8th June 2008, the then British Ambassador to Libya, Sir Vincent Fean, sent Tony Blair’s private office a thirteen hundred word briefing on the UK’s eagerness to do business with Libya, according to the Telegraph. (ii) Blair flew to Tripoli to meet Colonel Quaddafi, just two days later, June 10th. Quaddafi paid: Blair, always lavish with other’s money had requested, and was granted, the Colonel’s private jet for the journey.
Sir Vincent’s “key objective” was for: “Libya to invest its £80 billion sovereign wealth through the City of London”, according to the Telegraph, which also cites the Ambassador writing of the UK being : “privately critical of then President George Bush for ‘shooting the US in the foot’ by continuing to put a block on Libyan assets in America, in the process scuppering business deals.” Britain however, was voraciously scrambling to fill the fiscal gap.
Unlike the US and UK who abandon or drone to death their own citizens who are in trouble, or even accused of it, Libya’s Administration had stood by their man and seemed to be prepared to do even unpalatable deals to free him and had long been pressuring the UK to release al-Megrahi.
In May 2007, a month before he left Downing Street, Blair had made his second visit to Libya, meeting Colonel Quaddafi and his Prime Minister Al Baghdadi Ali al-Mahmoudi in then beautiful and now near ruined city of Sirte.
Surely coincidentally, on this trip, a deal was seemingly thrashed out, including prisoner transfer, just before British Petrolium (BP) announced their approximate £454 million investment to prospect for £13billion worth of oil in Libya.
Also, states the Telegraph report: “At that meeting, according to Sir Vincent’s email, Mr Blair and Mr Al Baghdadi agreed that Libya would buy a missile defence system from MBDA – a weapons manufacturer part-owned by Britains’s BAE Systems.” This seemed to (also) hinge on a Memorandum of Understanding for a Prisoner Transfer Agreement: “which the Libyans believed would pave the way for al-Megrahi’s release.” Various sources state that the arms deal was worth £400 million, and up to two thousand jobs in the UK. Sir Vincent referred to the arms deal as a “legacy issue.” Blair’s “legacy”, as ever, synonymous with destruction.
Ironically, it was Blair who credited himself with persuading Colonel Quaddafi to abandon and destroy his weapons programmes after his visit to the country in March 2004 (placing that Judas kiss the Colonel’s cheek) as a step to Libya returning to the fold of the duplicitous “international community.” With friends like Blair, enemies are a redundancy.
When Blair returned to Libya in June 2008, the Telegraph contends that the British Government, then under Gordon Brown, Blair’s former Chancellor of the Exchequer (who left the national coffers near empty) used the opportunity: “ to press the case for the arms deal to be sealed. At the time, Britain was on the brink of an economic and banking crisis – and Libya, though the Libyan Investment Authority – had billions of pounds in reserves.”
Saif al-Islam, Quaddafi’s son, expressed the concern over the arms deal being voiced from within the Libyan military, given their close ties to the “Russian defence equipment camp.”
An earlier discovery by the Sunday Telegraph shows, in letters and emails, that Blair held hitherto undisclosed talks with the Colonel in April 2009, four months before al-Megrahi’s release. (iii)
Again he was flown at the expense of the Colonel, in his private jet: “In both 2008 and 2009, documents show Mr Blair negotiated to fly to the Libyan capitol … in a jet provided by Quaddafi.” Blair’s Office denies the claims, saying they were transported in a Libyan government ‘plane.
By the time of the 2009 visit: “Libya was threatening to cut all business links if al-Megrahi stayed in a British jail.” Blair seemingly attempted to pour oil on troubled waters by bringing American billionaire, Tim Collins to that meeting to advise Quaddafi on building the beach resorts he was planning, on the Libyan coast.
Further adding to the murk, a spokesperson for Collins stated:“Tim was asked to go by Tony Blair in his position as a trustee of Mr Blair’s US faith foundation. Tim had no intention of doing any business with Quaddafi.”
However: “Sources in Libya said Quaddafi had discussed with Mr Collins opening beach resorts along the Libyan coast, but that Mr Collins had dismissed the idea because the Libyans would not sanction the sale of alcohol or gambling at the resorts.
Blair’s spokesperson said of the visit: “ … Tony Blair has never had any role, either formal or informal, paid or unpaid, with the Libyan Investment Authority or the Government of Libya and he has no commercial relationship with any Libyan company or entity.” A Blair first, seemingly, given the impression that he never touches down anywhere without emerging with a lucrative contract or a large cheque.
However, Oliver Miles, a former British ambassador to Libya, is quoted as saying : “Mr Blair is clearly using his Downing Street contacts to further his business interests.”
In a further coincidence, the Prisoner Transfer agreement for Mr al-Megrahi was signed the day before Blair’s 2009 visit.
When al-Megrahi, who had been diagnosed with terminal cancer, was released in August 2009, the British media and politicians were outraged. Scotland had done a deal and was benefiting financially from Libya. The latest revelations prove Scotland did no financial deals. When Mr al-Megrahi failed to die, politicians and media were even more outraged. They were a shaming spectacle.
Mental mind set can be a huge force in prolonging life in even the most serious cancer patients. No doubt in al-Megrahi’s case, being back in a home and with a family he loved contributed to his extra time. He survived long enough to see his country destroyed by the devious forces the West embodies – and at which Blair excels. Megrahi died in September 2012.
Incidentally, Ambassador Fean reportedly “expressed relief” at al-Megrahi’s release: “He noted that a refusal of Megrahi’s request could have had disastrous implications for British interests in Libya. ‘They could have cut us off at the knees.”
Quaddafi, however, never signed the arms deal.
Footnote: The 2004 visit by Blair was arranged by Saif al Islam, who Blair seemingly knew well and had allegedly even offered suggestions on his PhD thesis when Saif was studying at the London School of Economics.
In September last year Saif al-Islam’s lady friend of six years, appealed, passionately, to Blair to intervene to save the life of his now captured, maimed and death penalty-facing friend: “The two are old friends – it is time that Mr Blair returned some loyalty. Mr Blair is a man of God – as a Christian he has a moral duty to help a friend in need”, she has commented. (v)
Seemingly there has been no response from Blair’s office. Further, an extensive search for a comment on the appalling death of Colonel Quaddafi – his former host and private ‘plane provider – and the demise of much of his family from this “Peace Envoy” and “man of God”, has come up with absolutely nothing.

Ten Years Ago: The Political Assasination of Dr. David Kelly
The campaign to re-open the inquest into the death of Dr David Kelly is holding a silent, gagged, protest outside the Royal Courts of Justice, London, on Thursday 18th July 2pm, to mark the tenth anniversary of Dr Kelly’s death and to demand the re-opening of his inquest.
Campaigners demand Dr Kelly’s inquest, as his right under British law, to examine all the evidence, including the fresh evidence. The coroner ‘speaks for the dead to protect the living.’ Campaigners demand due process of British law and transparency, for the clear establishment of truth and justice.
All single, unexplained deaths require an inquest under British law. Dr Kelly’s unexplained death, according to many centuries of British law, should have been examined in a proper coronial inquest, with the option of a jury, the power to subpoena witnesses, testimony given under oath, with cross-examination and the requirement to establish suicide beyond reasonable doubt.
Instead, Section 17A of the Coroners Act 1988 was quickly invoked – which is used to cover multiple deaths, as with train disasters – probably uniquely, for Dr Kelly’s single, unexplained death. The result was the Hutton Inquiry, engaged only to look into ‘the circumstances surrounding Dr Kelly’s death’, neither overseen by a coroner, nor with the proper powers of an inquest.
There is fresh evidence which requires the scrutiny of a proper coronial inquest. Thames Valley Police FoI responses reveal that there were no fingerprints on six items found with Dr Kelly’s body, including the knife with which he is said to have cut his ulnar artery, blister packs of Co-proxamol tablets, which he is said to have swallowed, an opened water bottle, a watch, spectacles and mobile phone. No gloves were found at the scene.
Lord Hutton requested the records provided to the Hutton Inquiry, not produced in evidence, be closed for 30 years, and that medical reports and photographs be closed for 70years. The Ministry of Justice was unable to explain the legal basis for Lord Hutton’s order.

However, he exposed Peter Hayman, a diplomat and a member of MI6, as a paedophile who had escaped prosecution although he was caught with child porn and video equipment, In 1983, Dickens spoke of a paedophile network that involved personalities, “people in positions of power, influence and responsibility,” he threatened these people with exposure in Parliament.
In 1984, Dickens called on the Government to ban the Paedophile Information Exchange ban (PIE), a platform through which the paedophiles exchanged photos, videos and addresses . It is also suspected that the system was used to order children. Dickens also mentioned the rape of children who were under local authority care to Leon Brittan.Dickens denounced the existence of children’s brothels in Islington, a suburb of London (precisely where Tony Blair lived), and stated that forty children were victims. He gave everything to Scotland Yard, But the Police did nothing.
In 1984 the Police were vaguely investigating Elm Guest House, this chic hotel in London, where children from orphanages were raped under the eye of cameras by MPs, judges, pop stars and others. In fact, some Teachers at Grafton Close were pedophiles. Among them, Neil Kier, who oversaw the home. Terry Earland, who ran for his services to children in Richmond County, where was the Grafton Close, had just arranged that Kier was a teacher who cared for children taken to Elm Guest House on the day of the one and only police raid in 1982.
Today, the same Earland, which is nevertheless prominent in the investigation file on Elm Guest House, said he had twice tried to warn his colleagues and the police about sexual abuse in orphanages, he was in charge of …He also explained he had been warned in advance of the raid into the guest house by the police itself. Then some Barry Dwyer and Haddon have transformed the guest house into a brothel for pedophiles. Meanwhile, we learn that Kasir Haroun, former husband of Carole Kasir and owner of the guest house, is preparing to leave England to join his son in the United States. His wife Virginia is one of the leaders of the London School of Economics, and in 1988 she entered the government as Deputy Secretary to the environment. As Britain’s “Home Secretary responsible for internal affairs he managed to stifle all investigations into the paedophile networks. Apparently, the police went to his home after finding a half naked boy in the street who told them he had been raped by Brittan and his friends who had brought him to his house.

In 2008 he was sent to Slovakia where he lived to face charges of production of child pornography, and took four years in prison.
Terry Dwyer, Barry Haddon pimps involved with a paedophile ring. Their clients include Louis Minster director of social services in the area, Colin Peter Donald South, director of education at Wandsworth, and some of the children were provided by Niel Kier of Grafton Close Childrens Home.
