ALERT: Emergency Levels Of Japan Nuclear Radiation Found In Forecasts Censored From Public

Contrary to previous reports that NILO has stopped making Japan nuclear radiation forecasts , the forecasts are still being producing, but they are just not being  released to the public. Nuclear radiation forecasts on the site show emergency levels of radiation in the latest forecasts censored from the public.
Japan recently announced a massive censorship campaign to silence so-called “irresponsible rumors” about the nuclear radiation being released from Fukushima. Japan’s weather chief also censored radiation forecasts to “prevent panic in ordinary people”.
The news of censorship in Japan was coupled with an announcement that the United States would help Japan in silencing irresponsible rumors. The first course of action the US took was to stop all daily nuclear radiation monitoring of milk, drinking water and rainwater instead electing to now do radiation tests once every  three months.
Those announcements were followed by news that the Norwegian Air Institute (NILO)  shut down their program to product radiation forecasts. While forecasts haven’t been publicly accessible on the NILO site for some time several YouTube users have discovered that NILO is in fact still producing radiation forecasts, but they are being censured from release to the public.

The Mainichi daily news is reporting the chief of the Meteorological Society of Japan, Hiroshi Niino aprofessor at the University of Tokyo, is drawing strong criticism from the academic community in Japan for issuing a gag order to censor Fukushima nuclear radiation forecasts from the public.  Niino justified the order to withhold the forecasts from the public by saying if “forecasts were announced, it would have carried the risk that ordinary people may panic.” Japan still has over 2,000 radiation forecasts which have not been released to the public. In related developments radiation levels in Japanese fish is still too high to lift the fishing ban and radioactive iodine along with cesium have been detected in deep seawater for the first time.

Plutonium detected in rice paddy by a food manufacturer more than 50 kms away from Fukushima power plant:

Additionally, a certain food manufacturing company conducted a survey by themselves. In a rice field is more than 50kms away from the Fukushima power plant, it was found that there was very high radiation that is very different to what the government released.

According to this food manufacturing company, they currently don’t announce these results due to the large influence* that this rice field has high concentration of plutonium.

* Note: It is not mentioned what the influence is but it implies they do not currently release the information as it may have an impact on the media/public.

Busby: Fukushima reactors a raging radioactive inferno
There are signs that two further reactors at Japan’s troubled Fukushima plant may have gone into meltdown. Similar problems were earlier confirmed at the number one reactor. Its operators are suspected of failing to properly cool them after the earthquake. TEPCO reports that there are multiple 10 centimeter holes in the Fukushima nuclear reactor 2 containment vessel.
As previously reported TEPCO has acknowledged holes in the containment vessels of Fukushima nuclear reactors 1 and 3.
We now have a report that reactor #2 also has holes in the containment vessels.

Today in the mainstream press we get confirmation and official admission of the meltdown in this most dangerous reactor in addition to reactors number 1 and 2. And with the recent seismic breakout of 7 earthquakes along the northern sector of Sendai Japan we can virtually expect more troubles than the ones we already have there. The earth is agitated and is not calming down.

Third worker dies at Fukushima nuclear plant

A worker at Japan’s tsunami-crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant died today, plant operator Tokyo Electric Power Co said, bringing the death toll at the complex to three since a massive earthquake and tsunami in March.
The worker fell ill 50 minutes after starting work at 6am on Saturday and brought to the plant’s medical room unconscious.
He was later moved to a nearby hospital and confirmed dead, a Tokyo Electric spokesman said.
Working conditions at the plant are harsh. Goshi Hosono, a special adviser to Prime Minister Naoto Kan and a ruling Democratic Party lawmaker, voiced concerns about the working environment at the Fukushima complex on Wednesday.

“I would like to spend my energy to improve working conditions. Many people told us working environment (at the plant) is way too bad,” Hosono told a news conference.
 
Engineers are still struggling to bring the plant under control. Two Tokyo Electric employees went missing while patrolling the plant soon after the quake and were later found dead.

Japan: elderly engineers want ‘final mission’ to Fukushima
A group of elderly Japanese engineers are prepared to come out of retirement to fix the Fukushima nuclear power plant for their final mission.

More than 160 nuclear and civil engineers over the age of 60 are planning to set up a Skilled Veterans Corps to assist restoring control over crucial cooling functions at the tsunami-hit nuclear power plant.
The idea was masterminded by Yasuteru Yamada, 72, a retired engineer formerly working in plant construction, who was alarmed by reports of young subcontractors, some unskilled in this field, undertaking the high-risk work.
“We shouldn’t leave the work only to young engineers,” he said. “Young people, especially those who have children in future, should not be exposed to radiation.”
Under the new proposal, an independent body of skilled engineers over the age of 60 would be authorised by the government to take over ground work restoring cooling systems alongside Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO), which operates the plant.
Organisers dismissed potential comparisons with World War Two kamikazi suicide pilot fighters, although some workers said they would be willing to give their lives to fix the plant.

70 000 must evacuate around Fukushima

Paris – Seventy thousand people living beyond the 20km no-go zone around Fukushima should be evacuated because of radioactivity deposited by the crippled nuclear plant, a watchdog said.
Updating its assessment of the March 11 disaster, France’s Institute for Radiological Protection and Nuclear Safety (IRSN) highlighted an area northwest of the plant that lies beyond the 20km zone whose inhabitants have already been evacuated.
Radioactivity levels in this area range from several hundred becquerels per square metre to thousands or even several million bequerels per square metre, the IRSN report, issued late on Monday, said.
Around 70 000 people, including 9 500 children aged up to 14, live in the area, “the most contaminated territory outside the evacuation zone”, the agency said.
“These are people who are still to be evacuated, in addition to those who were evacuated during the emergency phase in March,” Didier Champion, its environment director, told AFP.

The government has discovered thousands of cases of workers at nuclear power plants outside Fukushima Prefecture suffering from internal exposure to radiation after they visited the prefecture, the head of the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency said.

Most of the workers who had internal exposure to radiation visited Fukushima after the nuclear crisis broke out following the March 11 quake and tsunami, and apparently inhaled radioactive substances scattered by hydrogen explosions at the Fukushima No. 1 Nuclear Power Plant.

The revelation has prompted local municipalities in Fukushima to consider checking residents’ internal exposure to radiation.

Nobuaki Terasaka, head of the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency, told the House of Representatives Budget Committee on May 16 that there were a total of 4,956 cases of workers suffering from internal exposure to radiation at nuclear power plants in the country excluding the Fukushima No. 1 Nuclear Power Plant, and 4,766 of them involved workers originally from Fukushima who had visited the prefecture after the nuclear crisis. Terasaka revealed the data in his response to a question from Mito Kakizawa, a lawmaker from Your Party.

An investigative report by a local Houston Texas news stations reveals numerous top-level Texas Government officials participated in a massive cover up of dangerous levels of radiation in Texas drinking water.

The report from KHOU 11 in Houston shed light on what government watchdogs are calling “a conspiracy of the highest order”  in the aftermath of the release of several email communications between Top Texas Officials in the Governors office, the state legislation and the state agency in charge of protecting the environment in Texas.

The emails were ordered to be released by the state attorney general reveal radiation tests of public drinking water were falsified to prevent Federal violations that would have required the local water systems to be cleaned up. Instead the Texas bureaucrats went along with the ploy to cover up the levels of radiation in water to protect their fascist corporate puppet masters and poisoned the public over the last 20 years causing an untold number of cancers and other illnesses.

Perhaps more shocking is the fact that they knew Texas wasn’t complying with Federal regulations and even gave them a stern warning in 2004 that basically stated “If you don’t comply, we probably aren’t going to step in and take you over because we only take over state radiation monitoring in very severe cases”.  Instead Texas was allowed to continue to falsify their radiation reports for another 4 years while the EPA turned a blind eye to the cover  up until a random audit caught them red-handed manipulating the drinking water radiation results in 2008.

The e-mails and documents, released under order from the Texas Attorney General to KHOU-TV, also show the agency was attempting to help water systems get out of formally violating federal limits for radiation in drinking water. Without a formal violation, the water systems did not have to inform their residents of the increased health risk.

“It’s a conspiracy at the TCEQ of the highest order,” said Tom Smith, of the government watchdog group Public Citizen.  “The documents have indicted the management of this commission in a massive cover-up to convince people that our water is safe to drink when it’s not.”

The article continues on detailing how all of the top Texas officials implicated in the cover up either are refusing to answer questions about the scandal or are just trying to play stupid. In each case of an official playing stupid and making claims they weren’t aware or were not involved,  KHOU lays out a mountain of evidence proving the official is lying and was complacent, partaking in an active and participatory role in the cover up.

Now here it gets even better. The Feds knew the Texas officials and the environmental agency was covering up the radiation levels in the drinking water. Instead, of taking the appropriate steps to halt the cover up, they choose to allow the public to continue to be poisoned and plagued with cancer. basically telling the Texas officials  that the EPA wasn’t going to step in to take over of the state agency because this didn’t qualify as a “severe situation”

The pathetic excuses continue. People like you and me sickened with cancer and murdered and this how she rationalizes and justifies her actions.

“We did not believe the science of health effects justified EPA setting the standard where they did,” said White. She added, “I have far more trust in the vigor of the science that TCEQ assess, than I do EPA.”

In response to questions about why the TCEQ did not simply file a lawsuit against the EPA and challenge the federal rules openly in court, White said that in federal court, “Legal challenges, because of law and not because of science, are almost impossible to win.”

MORE like, it the EPA wasn’t challenged because that would have meant letting the cat out of the bag that there was dangerous levels of radiation in the drinking water and the veil of the a 20 year massive cover up would have been lifted for the people of Texas and the entire nation to see.
The EPA was contacted for comment and at press time has yet to provide any response.

Of course the EPA wasn’t available for comment. They need to get together with the think tanks and the spin doctors and come up with an excuse for why this cover up was allowed to go on for 20 years while people were poisoned with cancer and murdered by lying crooked politicians and government bureaucrats

Japan’s TEPCO plea for debt forgiveness draws ire

TOKYO (AFP) – Japanese government remarks calling on lenders to forgive some of Tokyo Electric Power’s debt have sparked acrimony and confusion, and illustrate difficulties in addressing a nuclear crisis, say analysts.
Corporate leaders have rounded on comments from Chief Cabinet Secretary Yukio Edano that banks may have to waive some pre-quake loan terms to the operator of the Fukushima nuclear plant before it gets public help to pay compensation.
“We’d like the government to avoid making rash comments that will affect earnings and share prices before they have a clear policy,” Yasuchika Hasegawa, the newly appointed chairman of the Japan Association of Corporate Executives, said Tuesday.
Edano’s comment “was a bit extreme,” said Tsuyoshi Ueno, senior economist at NLI Research Institute.

“If banks do drop loans, they would have to expect their own ratings go down. This would inevitably affect their business performance and negatively impact the entire financial sector.”

Shares in Japan’s biggest banking groups such as Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, TEPCO’s key lender, and Mizuho Financial Group have endured volatile trade on fears they face big losses if some of TEPCO’s debts are forgiven.
Tokyo Stock Exchange President Atsushi Saito was quoted in the Nikkei business daily as saying Edano’s comments were “illogical”.
And Katsunori Nagayasu, president and chief executive of Japan’s top banking group Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group said they “came out of blue”.
He added that lenders haven’t fully assessed TEPCO’s actual financial situation, and cited the difficulty of forgiving loans under such circumstances.
TEPCO is expected to face claims worth tens of billions of dollars to pay compensation to those affected by the nuclear crisis.
More than 80,000 people who have been forced from their homes, businesses and farms in a 20-kilometre (12-mile) zone around the Fukushima Daiichi plant after it was hit by the March 11 quake-tsunami, and has since leaked radiation into the air, ground and sea.

The government last week announced a framework for keeping TEPCO solvent that will use public and industry funds to pay compensation claims over the ongoing crisis at its Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant.

Ueno said TEPCO’s pre-quake bank loans were about 2 trillion yen ($24 billion).

JPMorgan analyst Katsuhito Sasajima calculates waiving only a portion of TEPCO’s pre-quake loan amount “would be extremely negative.”

On Monday Moody’s downgraded TEPCO to one notch above “junk” status and cited recent assessments that damage to the Fukushima Daiichi plant has been more severe than previously stated.
It added: “If the framework adopted requires creditor concessions in respect of TEPCO’s debt, such an outcome would likely constitute a default under its definitions and result in multi-notch downgrades to all long-term debt ratings.”

The firm at the centre of the world’s worst nuclear crisis in 25 years is also Japan’s largest corporate bond issuer, accounting for eight percent of the country’s 62 trillion yen ($765 billion) corporate bond market.

As Asia’s biggest power company, TEPCO supplies electricity for Tokyo and the wider Kanto region, an area that accounts for more than a third of the nation’s gross domestic product.

BRITISH NUCLEAR FUELS WENT BUST WHEN THE COLD WAR STOPPED AND WMD PRODUCTION SLOWED DOWN

The United Kingdom’s response to critics of the Sellafield MOX Plant, aging nuclear reactors and plans for new reactors is becoming apparent. Following revelations that British Nuclear Fuels Ltd. (BNFL) is technically bankrupt, the government announced that a new Liabilities Management Authority is to take over its liabilities, including the Sellafield and the Magnox reactors. Critics who divulge details of nuclear security, nuclear transports or uranium enrichment will risk up to 7 years in jail under a new law. In short, it is full steam ahead for this Titanic of the industry, and the question is, which iceberg will it hit first…
Faced with revelations that one of its leading players is bankrupt, with installations described as the most dangerous in Western Europe which enable terrorists to hold the world to ransom, any normal industry would be on its knees. However, the UK’s nuclear industry is not a normal industry.

THIS WOULD BE A QUICK AND PAINLESS DEATH COMPARED TO THE DEATHS THEY WILL INFLICT ON OTHERS ,IN A COWARDLY AND DECEIPTFUL MANNER , THAT KEPT THEM IN THIER LAVISH LIFESTYLE!!

PERSONALLY I WOULD RATHER HAND THEM A BUCKET AND MOP AND SEND THEM INTO THE REACTORS TO START CLEANING UP THIER MESS.

THEY COULD MAKE CUPS OF TEA FOR THE REAL HEROIC RESCUE WORKERS THAT ARE KNOWINGLY LYING DOWN THIER LIVES………….IT WOULD BE A DEATH MORE FITTING AND MORE HONOURABLE AS THEY WOULD AT LEAST BE GIVING THIER LIVES TRYING TO CLEAN UP THE MESS

Until then I have less respect for these big business ,big government people than I do for the Japanese that ran the POW camps in WWII. REMEMBER We hung a lot of them!!!STILL NO REGRETS!

THE ORDINARY JAPANESE PEOPLE WILL BE THE ONES THAT SUFFER AND PAY AND HAVE TO CLEAN UP THE MESS AND LIVE IN THE RADIOACTIVE AFTERMATH……………..BUT THEN SO WILL THE REST OF US……
